What is the difference between an owner’s manual and a service manual?
A service manual is what a technician will use to repair a unit, containing schematics, parts list, etc.
An owner’s manual is what a customer will receive in the box with instructions on how to operate the unit.
I am missing some of the pages, where are they?
Some larger format pages will be unzipped into the main folder and have the prefix, “SCHEMATICS” or “MYSCAN”.

Who Makes Sears Kenmore?
Another popular question I get is "Who Makes Kenmore?" Kenmore does not make their own appliances, they get from other manufacturers and brand them Kenmore. The first three to four numbers/letters will determine what the maker is. For example, 110.42822200 is a Washer made by Whirlpool. So, when receiving a service manual, it may not be labelled Kenmore but will be for your model.
Kenmore does not cross-reference their models so if you do not find your model, drop us a line and we will research it for you. When searching on our site, do NOT use ".", so to locate 110.42822200, search for "11042822200". Once you find your model, go to http://www.servicemanuals.net to order.
